- PSLC developed text books and handouts.
Certificates
Upon completion of a 50 lesson course (80% attendance) PLSC issues a knowledge evaluation certificate recognized by the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Latvia. A PLSC Certificate of Attendance is issued upon completion of a 25 lesson course. Upon completion of a full language program PLSC issues a diploma recognized by the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Latvia.

PSLC offers preparatory course for internationally recognized Goethe Institute exams:
1. "Zertifikat Deutsch als Fremdsprache" (German as a foreign language") basic,
2. "Zentrale Mittelstufenprufung" ("Central Intermediate exam ") intermediate,
3. "Zertifikat Deutsch fur den Beruf" - proficiency.
